Our Drivers

Wings Drivers join us with previous experience of providing a high standard of service to their passengers, every driver goes through the Wings Induction Programme to ensure that they understand the Wings philosophy for Service, and to show them how we are able to offer a higher standard of customer service.

We obtain an Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check for each Driver. We explain the importance of preparation and planning before each journey to ensure that they fully understand the reason you are travelling and what you expect from Wings. We also ensure that they are familiar with the principal routes to popular destinations as well as our regular journeys for existing Clients.
Our support team also ensures that we fully understand the Client’s programme so that the Drivers receive the best possible information about each journey.

A vehicle safety check is an essential part of each Driver’s routine. Before leaving our garage, each vehicle is safety checked by the Driver who undertakes a written 25- point check of the vehicle. This together with the cleaning routine that we operate ensures that you will travel in comfort in a well-presented and safe vehicle.
